There’s a 0.75 alpha release included in latest AVStoDVD package. Don’t know why there hasn’t been a release since. The multi-threading makes one pas CBR high bit rate encodes fly. Downsizing BluRay to DVD is great with it. I’d love to find out more.

I want to know when will a new version of QuEnc be released. It works flawlessly fine on my windows 7 64-bit. Are donations currently accepted for this so a development for a new QuEnc release is possible?

What is the difference between this and HC Enc, especially if looking at MPEG 2 encoding for DVD.

It just a front end to ffmpeg, best use that instead.
