Double check the subtitle .SRT filename. It must match exactly. You may find this tool useful:

Hi guys

This tutorial has been very helpful for me but the last time i used it i had a problem.

I downloaded the first episode of Lost season 6 in HD quality
Lost.S06E03.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION

I downloaded a matching subtitle (english). I succeeded to remux;transcode the file so i could watch it on my ps3, but the subtitles weren't included. I did give the file the same name and i checked the box 'loas subtitle from file'.

Can anyone help me please?

Thx

This application does transcoding, not remuxing. It does not support multiple audio streams, so converting is is usless unless you like only one audio stream. Us TsMuxer to preserve all streams in the MKV with out Transcoding. It Free, and way better than MKV2VOB.

You don't need to split the files, simply use tversity or windows media player to copy the file over from your computer. I've transferred over 12 gig files before.

Hi Urozka

Simply select the size at the "File Splitting" dialog and use a FAT32 formated disk to play the movie on the PS3. File name extension should be set to auto.

My mkv2vob 2.4.6 does not mux anything. It only does DTS to AC3. It only has muxed one single file correct. The others are all only 39mb and lasts 43sec. I try to mux the mkv to vobs, so that the maximun size is 4GB.

Could anyone help me?

hello, i got a problem. Ive download a bluray movie 1024p. its 6.5GB
And now i want to watch it on my ps3 and HD TV with my extern harddisk. So i used mkv2vob v.2.4.6 with the settings :
file splitting - none
video transcoding - automtic
outputfile extension - automatic
output type - AVCHD USB]
Transcoding Codec - MPEG-2 (fast)
and i checked on the right the follow things :
Alwats Encode Subtitles
Large subtittles
Always Transcode DTS

Destionation directort - F:

When its done with muxing etc.. ive tried to watch it on my pc and it works The video and audio was OK. Then i put the usb in my ps3 and played the movie in the map 'STREAM'. The only problem is that there's no sound :/ . the video was perfect. If i press triangle on the file and then information, it says theres no audiocodec. Ive tried to do with other settings on mkv2vob, but nothing helped.

So can anyone help me
sry for my bad english :X Thx
