Our buddies at CDR-Zone have published another comprehensive DVD media review. This time they have tested and analyzed Traxdata DVD-R 16x recordable media. Traxdata is a premium brand of Ritek, which is one of the largest media manufacturers.

In summing up we found during this review of the Traxdata 16x DVD-R media that attaining 16x was possible to nearly all review recording devices with some very good quality results on all drives but we would like to see the maximum rated speed of this media supported by both the NEC and Pioneer recording devices.

Although maybe not as good as some results seen on Taiyo Yuden 16x DVD-R media the discs managed to attain a good level of quality overall and showed no bad areas at 16x?
