QuEnc is one of the better free MPEG video encoders and now it comes out with a major upgrade. Quenc is based on the FFMPEG and released as open source. The new version has a huge changelog with some interesting new additions. QuEnc is DVD Rebuilder compatible encoder, so you can use it for comrpessing DVD backups with high quality, using only free software.
